Art in Thai ( https://artinthai.com ) uses cookies stored on your web browser to store the current contents of your cart as well as the non-payment information (e.g. name and address but not credit card numbers or payment account passwords) that you provided on your most recent purchase, so that we can automatically fill those non-payment fields for you on the next purchase, for your convenience. You can clear your cookies in your web browser to erase this information and prevent it from being transmitted to ArtInThai.com.

When you complete a purchase, Art in Thai will retain your non-payment information (e.g. name, email, phone number, and address but not credit card numbers or payment account passwords) so that we may contact you with any questions or status about the delivery or fulfillment of your order. After your order is fulfilled, we will retain this information for the rare but possible event that some new technology arises that allows us to sell the works on this site in a new Form (see Terms and Conditions) and we want to contact you about any rights or intellectual property issues that arise.

During checkout, if you check the box that you wish to receive news about new works on ArtInThai.com, we will use your email address to contact you for that purpose. You may opt in or out of these emails at any time by contacting us at info@ArtInThai.com.

ArtInThai.com does not accept user comments or user-uploaded media, nor does it have any concept of user accounts or passwords, so we never collect store any such information.

When you check out using our credit/debit card service (provided by Stripe) or our PayPal/Venmo service (provided by PayPal), then you are sharing your payment information (such as credit card numbers, payment accounts passwords, etc.) with those companies directly and your privacy rights are explained by their privacy policies (see links above). Your payment information is neither stored on nor transmitted to or through our ArtInThai.com servers, not even temporarily during purchase. It is transmitted directly from your web browser to the payment processing companies. We do not have any access to it.

For those who are kind enough to become digital patrons, we will ask you at the time of purchase what name, if any, you would like us to publicly display for the patronage of the work you are sponsoring. We will be happy to write “Anonymous” if you prefer, or use your name, or use the name of someone or some organization to whom you want to dedicate the work.
